Art Therapy
Art therapy is a specialised counselling method that uses creative expression to foster healing and well-being. Focus, clarity, self-expression, connection, peace and calm are among the many benefits. Some feelings and experiences are difficult to find words for, and art therapy can help you to express yourself in a safe and therapeutic environment. No prior art experience is required. You will receive focused treatment where you can explore your personal issues in a private, safe, confidential, and non-judgmental setting.

"Creating artwork allows your mind to be in a safe place while it contemplates the tougher issues you are dealing with. One can use the tools of brush, paint, pastels, crayons etc to expose and even for
a short time colour those issues in a different light.”
― George E. Miller
